Privilege License Plates For Top Kyrgyz Officials Chopped

Kyrgyz authorities began destroying license plates designated for members of parliament and other high-ranking government officials. The Kyrgyz parliament decided to revoke special license plates for top officials because of cases of drivers abusing their privileges and violating traffic rules. (RFE/RL's Kyrgyz Service)
